The leading automotive conference of the summer, the CAR Management Briefing Seminars (MBS), is returning for its 58th year. The event will take place at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Traverse City, Michigan, from July 31st to August 3rd.
MBS attendees have the opportunity to hear from 60+ industry leaders across the four-day conference. This year our extensive agenda is tackling the theme, Confronting the Challenges of Automotive’s Future.
Each day our conversations will address the risks and opportunities within the transforming automotive ecosystem.
Topics of discussion include connected and automated vehicles, policy and trade, electric vehicles, sustainability, advanced materials, battery technology and manufacturing, supply chain, and many other critical industry topics.
The Management Briefing Seminars also offer numerous networking events including our Welcome Reception, Casino Night, Social Hour, and the annual Golf Outing. Additional opportunities for networking include the continental breakfast and lunch offered to attendees during each day of the conference.
New for 2023 is the expanded Women in Automotive Event. On Monday, July 31st, all attendees are welcome to join Driving Forward Together: An MBS 23 Kickoff Event featuring Women in Automotive and their Male Allies. This event will include featured speakers, insightful discussions, and structured networking.
Every day, CAR researchers work to fulfill our mission to inform and advise, through independent research, education, and dialogue, enabling a more viable and sustainable automotive ecosystem. Their knowledge and expertise lead the sessions at CAR MBS to continue the tradition of relevant, useful sessions. In addition, leaders from a wide variety of industry stakeholders are confirmed to participate.
