To help Cooper Standard demonstrate several product innovations from the company’s four product groups, Bianchi PR worked with the Center for Automotive Research to be front and center with media interviews and vehicle tours during one of the most important auto conferences of the year: its Management Briefing Seminars.
Pre-show work to make the trip to Traverse City, Mich. a success included the development and coordination of a media kit with key background documents as well as personalized pitching for one-on-one viewings of the vehicles and interviews with technology experts. Onsite activities were bolstered with Cooper Standard’s sponsorship of the media center to further foster relationships with key media.
This hard work resulted in nine onsite media interviews over three very busy days with reporters from leading automotive and business outlets. Bianchi PR was onsite to assist with coordination, reporter needs and ensuring follow-up requests were captured and completed.
