BPR’s Top 25 PR Projects: #16 Johnson Controls at the North American International Auto Show (1998-2016)

How do you stand out at a show that’s geared specifically towards automakers, when you are an automotive supplier?

That’s the challenge for many of our auto supplier clients that are sponsors and exhibitors at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

One client in particular, Johnson Controls has been a sponsor and exhibitor of the show for 22 years and each year we work harder to gain the attention of the reporters and editors that attend NAIAS to essentially cover the automakers.

From drafting press kit materials to encouraging media attendance at their press conference, and from media interview training to onsite interview coordination, our efforts have helped Johnson Controls garner billions of impression over the years of NAIAS participation.
