Ricardo Strategic Consulting – North America Names Bianchi Public Relations as PR Counsel

TROY, Mich., March 22, 2004 – Ricardo Strategic Consulting – North America has selected Bianchi Public Relations, Inc. to assist with its communication activities. The announcement was made by Andrew C. Chien, president of Ricardo Strategic Consulting – North America, and James A. Bianchi, president of the public relations firm.
